When I was growing up I excelled at mathematics. I participated in the CTY programs and I studied AP Calculus in the 9th grade. I graduated from the University of Chicago with a degree in applied mathematics. I have worked primarily with high school students, and have tutored all levels of math, from pre-algebra through AP Calculus. Right now, I’m working for a test prep company tutoring students for the math portions of standardized exams, primarily the SAT and the ACT. I also help students who are struggling in their math courses in school. My outside interests include traveling and hiking. I traveled around India for two months in early 2015 and I belong to hiking clubs in the area.
